After earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of South Carolina in 1965, Paul’s education continued at USC, where he attended law school and graduated in 1970.Paul was admitted to practice in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the South Carolina Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. In 1993, Uricchio And Query was split and Paul renamed his firm Uricchio Law Firm to more deeply pursue a personal interest in all types of serious injury, including auto and trucking accidents. He was especially recognized for his extensive knowledge of motorcycles, which he found particularly helpful in handling motorcycle accidents and claims.
Paul was passionate about his profession and dedicated to his clients. He always had a smile on his face and would whistle songs as he wandered our halls dropping in on everyone’s office to check up on us and talk. He was known for his generosity and colorful sense of humor. When not at work, he could usually be found riding his Harley, shooting, fishing, or entertaining his family and friends.
